Join us for our best Yoga Challenge yet! Participate by yourself or practice with a friend. Harness the power of a healthy community for a month or three months, of yoga, wellness and fun!
Each challenge participant will be encouraged to set a personal health goal for each 30-day challenge period. You may start the Challenge anytime between March 1st and May 1st 2020.
